Retail Product Return Policy

At Mad Head Spa, we carefully curate our retail products to ensure the highest quality and results for your scalp and hair care routine.

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we kindly ask that you review our return policy at the time of purchase:

  • All retail product sales are final unless returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Any product that shows signs of being opened, used, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return or refund, regardless of the purchase date.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
