Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Mad Head Spa, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Our cancellation policy allows us to protect the time dedicated to each guest while still providing flexibility when plans unexpectedly change.

Cancellations & Rescheduling — 24+ Hours in Advance

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

If an eligible canceled appointment has been prepaid, the payment will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Late cancellation charges are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward a future appointment.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

These charges are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward a future appointment.

Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Guests who need to change an appointment within the 24-hour cancellation window may choose to reschedule rather than cancel the appointment.

A $30 rescheduling fee will apply.

Because the original appointment falls within the 24-hour cancellation window, 100% of the scheduled service amount will also be charged at the time the appointment is rescheduled.

If the guest attends and completes the rescheduled appointment, the amount previously charged for the original appointment will be applied as a credit toward the completed rescheduled service.

The $30 rescheduling fee is separate and non-refundable.

The amount charged for the original appointment is not refundable if the rescheduled appointment is later canceled. It becomes eligible to be applied as a service credit only when the rescheduled appointment is attended and completed.

The 24-Hour Policy Applies to Every Appointment

Every appointment, including a rescheduled appointment, is subject to the same 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Rescheduling an appointment does not waive the cancellation policy for the new appointment time.

If a rescheduled appointment needs to be changed again:

24+ hours before the appointment: The appointment may be canceled or rescheduled without an additional cancellation charge. Any amount previously charged because of an earlier late reschedule remains non-refundable and will only be applied when the replacement appointment is attended and completed.

Within 24 hours: The new appointment is subject to the same late cancellation or rescheduling terms, including applicable charges and fees.

Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the newly scheduled service amount will be charged.

Each newly reserved appointment time is treated as a separate appointment and is subject to the 24-hour policy.

Membership Appointments

Membership appointments are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

For appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, the member's treatment voucher will remain available for future use.

For a cancellation within 24 hours, same-day cancellation, or no-show, the membership voucher associated with the scheduled treatment will be considered used and will be forfeited.

If a member chooses to reschedule within 24 hours, the applicable membership voucher will be redeemed for the original appointment and a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.

If the member attends and completes the rescheduled appointment, the voucher previously redeemed for the original appointment will be applied toward the completed rescheduled treatment.

The rescheduled membership appointment is also subject to the same 24-hour policy.

Same-Day Appointments

Appointments booked for the same day are considered final once booked.

Same-day appointments are non-refundable. Cancellation or failure to arrive will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount or, for members, forfeiture of the applicable treatment voucher.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving late may have their treatment shortened to avoid affecting the following appointment. The full scheduled service price will still apply.

If a guest arrives too late for the treatment to be reasonably performed, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation and the full scheduled service amount—or applicable membership voucher—will be forfeited.

Refunds & Credits

Any refund permitted under this policy will be returned to the original form of payment.

Late cancellation charges, same-day cancellation charges, no-show charges, forfeited membership vouchers, and rescheduling fees are non-refundable.

Credits resulting from a late reschedule are applied only after the rescheduled appointment is attended and completed and have no cash value.
